Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Mid-Level Dynamics Developer to join the team of one of our largest medical device clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions specific to customer service platforms. This includes case management systems and customer experience applications.. You will work closely with our project managers, business analysts, and other dynamics developers to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. To be eligible for this opportunity you must be local to Minneapolis, MN and willing to work onsite 3x a week in either Arden Hills or Rochester, MN. We can pay 60-70/hr based on years of experience. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics development working on enterprise application development Experience in doing model and canvas driven apps in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service/Experience (case management systems) Experience in all related technologies including building plugins, using PowerApps and PowerAutomate Experience in Dynamics development with a group of developers and a mature development environment with multiple environments (dev/test/stage/prod) Local to Minneapolis, MN or Rochester, MN and willing to work a hybrid model onsite 3x a week Experience working with call center/customer experience applications involving calling and texting Exposure to Azure DevOps Database exposure involving SQL null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
