The successful candidate will have experience designing and implementing embedded software solutions on Linux, bare-metal, and RTOS environments. Seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with a passion for solving difficult problems. Primary Responsibilities: * Develop critical features for RF based electro-mechanical systems including Linux device drivers, hardware support libraries, Yocto recipes, microcontroller software, and application software in C, C++, and Python languages * Participate in technical design discussions * Create design documentation for collaboration, as necessary * Engineer and design software that is concise, testable, and maintainable * Define functional requirements of the product that best serves our customers' needs * Testing, integrating, and verifying embedded software on the hardware * Influence development culture and improve development processes
