Mid-Level Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst - Position Description

We have immediate openings for Mid-Level Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Systems Analyst to join our newly awarded Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems Business and Financial Management Support (PEO IWS BFM) contract supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).  We are looking for individuals who want to grow with the Company and this 5-year contract.  This position is located in Washington, DC.

Security Clearance:

Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

Assist in tracking multi-country programs metrics and status report.

Support of FMS financial/case dashboards, data and metrics.

Enter case financial and procurement data into FMS customer-specific databases.

Assist in the preparation of reports specific to the needs of the individual customer.

Assist with the development of processes to monitor and ensure program is managed within Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) budget and FMS payment schedules.

Assess cost changes to evaluate if sufficient resources are available to fund requirements.

Assist in management and execution of Security Cooperation program funding including FMS case, FMS administrative, Building Partner Capacity (BPC), and Foreign Military Financing (FMF) budgets.

Manage data input into Security Cooperation financial and management systems.

Experiences:

3 years’ experience with the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM).

3 years’ experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP).

4-8 years of experience supporting a Navy Program.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or another related field.
