The Payrailz Client Services team is hiring a Mid-Level Implementation Coordinator. As an Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the installation activities to ensure the successful implementation of the Payrailz products and services. You will work with Payrailz clients, as well as other Jack Henry product groups, and serve as the liaison between our clients, the assigned manager, and integration, technical and production teams throughout the entire implementation project.
This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, their teams and development partners based on integrity and transparencyServe as a main point of contact during the implementation project lifecycle for clientsAnalyze discussions/documentation with clients to gather requirements and business rules. Work with client’s business and technical teams, leveraging internal resources when necessaryTranslate requirements into existing system configuration or identify enhancements if neededPrepares customer for implementation. Conducts readiness reviews, ensuring all aspects of setup are complete.Provide hands-on troubleshooting support during implementation and post implementationEstablishes guidelines/time-frames to ensure a successful installation. Ensures milestones are met. Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary. May interact with other project managers.Exercises the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure a successful installation.Conducts exit reviews. Documents issues, ensuring they are not repeated in subsequent conversions.May train installation team personnel. May reinforce training to customers and/or provide guidance in training customer personnel.May identify items that are outside the scope of a standard installation and participate in project activities related to those items.May perform other job duties as assigned.What you’ll need to have:
Must have at least 4 years of experience working with software implementations, or working in a financial institution, or for another Fintech company.Must be comfortable working with technical and executive leaders within a financial institution.Must have the ability to work extended hours including weekends as business needs dictate.What would be nice for you to have:
Bachelor's Degree.Experience working with API and SSO centric architecture.Experience working with technical and complex projects and related tools.Experience with Jack Henry products and services and/or electronic payment processes.
