Find your future with us. **Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** is seeking a Procurement Agent to support the T-7A Red Hawk Supply Chain. This role will include managing multiple suppliers on the Program as we move into the Low Rate Initial Production phase. **Position Responsibilities:** + Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies + Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions + Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements + Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management + Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance + Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + More than 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management. + More than 3 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts. + More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor’s degree or higher + More than 5 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) + More than 5 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer + More than 5 years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts **Travel:** Up to 20% **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies _._ **Total Rewards:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
