Job Description Insight Global is looking for a mid-level IT Project Manager to join the team of one of our medical device clients in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will initially assist in building an HR analytics reporting dashboard MVP. Following that, you will help retire a non-compliant database that is critical for multiple reporting and operational needs. This second project will be your primary responsibility to organize and manage. During Q1, you will focus on discovery, with a project kickoff planned for Q2. You will oversee the overall management, communication, and coordination of enterprise-level initiatives. This position involves managing Information Systems projects and focusing on process and structure for the organizations growth. This role requires strong communication and is able to pay between $47-63/hr based on years of experience. Skills and Requirements Experience: 5+ years of project management or related experience. Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience. Methodology Knowledge: Use of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills used for facilitation, presentation, and documentation. Tooling: Use of Microsoft Office and project / Agile management platform(s), (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) Methodology certifications (PMP, Scrum, SaFE, etc.) Life Sciences/Medical Device experience Business Analysis experience Experience with Azure DevOps Quick learner, adaptable to change, goal and detail oriented.
