Opportunity: Virtual Service Operations is seeking a dynamic, skilled Mid-Level SAP Basis Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential technical support for SAP landscapes, manage system installations, upgrades, and maintenance, and ensure optimal performance through proactive monitoring and system configuration. Qualifications: + Able to provide overall technical support for SAP landscape + Able to install, upgrade, and post-upgrade maintenance of SAP systems + Able to respond to customer inquiries and resolve them + Provide after-hours on-call support + Can Implement solutions for performance monitoring and systems configuration + Can introduce technical changes into the environment using best practices + Able to perform evaluations and design of interfaces between SAP and external systems + Able to properly maintain data architectures and process models within SAP + Able to proficiently Install and configure all required SAP database and application servers + Work with Internal and External Audit teams to make sure Audit requirements are met and there are no gaps + Perform daily system security checks Requirements + 15+ years of relevant experience working as an SAP Basis Administrator + Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status. + Experienced with SAP Basis support + Able and willing to work 100% remotely What is Important to Us: + You are an excellent communicator in writing and speaking. + You have the ability to work independently but also value teamwork. + Your problem-solving skills are excellent. + You are looking for a job where performance appraisals occur regularly, and you look forward to advancing your career. + You seek a community of virtue-centered co-workers and clients.
