BGS is seeking a Mid-Level Training Device Technician in Hazelwood, Missouri who can test, troubleshoot, repair, perform maintenance, and other system related tasks of non-motion, partial motion, or full motion simulators and associated systems for the following or similar aircraft: F-15, AH-64D/E, P-8, T-7.
Occasional travel may be required in support of the program and customer.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists with repairs and tests, installs, configures, upgrades and assists in the modification of simulators and training components, devices, hardware and softwarePerforms general inspections for pre-operations, post-operations and component handling of training devices, assemblies and componentsConducts functional tests of training device systems and monitors device instrumentation and bench mounted indicatorsAssists engineers in troubleshooting systems and support equipmentTroubleshoots to isolate faults and repair faulty componentsWorks under limited supervisionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Associate’s level degree in a relevant technical field, including Systems, Electrical/Electronic and Computer technologies5+ years’ experience maintaining mechanical and electrical components or systemsAbility to travel domestically and internationally 15-25% of the timePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active U.S. Security Clearance held in the past 24 monthsExperience working within a fast-paced team environment which requires strong communication skills to frequently interact with program leadership, internal and external customer representatives, and development teamsExperience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong team player and passion to execute projects with customer and value first focusDrug Free Workplace:

Summary Pay Range: $59,500 - $80,500
