As a Mid Market Account Executive at Carta, you'll sit within the Corporations business unit and introduce venture-backed executives and founders to our best-in-class software platform to help them streamline their equity management, stay compliant, and unlock liquidity in the private markets. This role will focus on selling equity and ESOP management services to mid-stage privately held companies, as well as Carta Total Compensation and Tax Advisory.

About You 3-5 years of experience in a quota carrying SaaS sales role Experience outbound prospecting, willing to hunt, navigating a greenfield territory managing a pipeline, and closing large contracts Self-starter, humble, and adaptable to change Excels in both personal ambition and collaborative teamwork Experience in fintech, venture capital, legal tech, compliance tech Undergone sales methodology trainings (sandler, meddic, medpicc) Salary

Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: 

$195,000 OTE in SF 
$195,000 OTE in NY
$190,450 OTE in Seattle 

Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
