Mid – Sr Manufacturing Technician
Location: Panama City Beach, FL   ***US CITIZENSHIP & DoD SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED***   Overview ISPA Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operating a variety of machinery and equipment, as well as a proven ability to create and refine manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a dedication to producing high-quality products.     Responsibilities Operate a range of machinery and equipment, including but not limited to lathes, mills, drill presses, plasma cutters, saws, grinders, and welders. Utilize CAD 3D modeling software and drafting tools to design and create prototypes. Collaborate with engineers and scientists to translate designs into manufacturable products. Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members on machining practices and design for manufacturability. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Adhere to strict quality control standards. Contribute to process improvement initiatives.   Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency in operating various machinery and equipment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques. Experience with CAD 3D modeling software and drafting, or a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.   Preferred Qualifications Experience with rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing.
