What You'll Do
As a Middle East Proposal Specialist, you will act as the single point of contact to manage the end-to-end process of request for proposals (RfPs). This process is critical to ensuring a continued and successful pipeline of business at BCG. As the single point of contact, the Proposal Specialist will oversee and facilitate all workflows, communications, and handovers during the RfP process.
The Middle East Proposal Specialist will work on low & medium intensity RfPs from different practice areas. This will require a deep understanding of key clients and relationships with topic leaders within BCG. Beyond the Consulting Team (CT), Proposal Specialist will work closely with other key functions such as Legal, Finance/Accounting, and Contracting.

Developing a good understanding of client and Practice Area leadershipEngage with client and case leadership, raise issues, and propose solutions considering client contextOwnership of structuring and allocating work streams; responsibility for successful submissionPrepare bid plan for case leadership and utilize workflow toolOversee RfP process from lead reception/decision to bid until LoA/reject (incl. post-proposal tasks), keeping workflow tool updatedManage lead tracking system uploads (ClientView) Coordinate physical delivery of RfP submissions as neededOverseeing and coordination of support functions; ensure success of RfP processHave a good understanding of each RfP and flag any inconsistencies with information provided by the different functionsManage the RfP submission process end to end to ensure successful submission Use AI tool to share translated RfP summaries with MDPs and flag leads where necessary for reviewMonitor incoming direct leads from their clientsSubmit RfP package (excluding NDAs and DPAs) to relevant Legal review through ClientViewSend full RfP to translation as part of RfP kick-offRequest and consolidate admin. documents (including bid bond)Coordinate with case leadership to make sure technical and commercial proposals are provided on time, and ensure relevant inputs (i.e. Legal) are taken into considerationWhat You'll Bring

Middle East Proposal Specialist will work In the Tender Services Team as part of Operations. To ensure the efficient and proper facilitation of the RfP process, Middle East Proposal Specialist will work closely with Individuals across BCG, Including both the Consulting Team (CT) and the Business Services Team (BST). This will be a high-exposure role, working with topic leaders and key functions within BCG. leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
