At the Midleton Distillery Visitor Experience in Co. Cork, we bring the story of our world-class whiskeys to life. Home to seven iconic brands, our recently revamped visitor centre offers a warm and immersive experience, featuring new bars, a café, and dedicated tasting rooms.

Spanning our historic 15-acre site, visitors can enjoy fully guided tours, premium whiskey tastings, cask-opening experiences, cocktail-making classes, and exclusive behind-the-scenes tours. Each year, we welcome several thousand guests from across the globe, connecting them to our passion for whiskey, deep-rooted history, and renowned production process.

The job

The Support Team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Midleton Distillery Experience.

As a team member, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities, both front-of-house and behind the scenes, to deliver a world-class visitor experience. Duties include preparing and setting up operations, organising equipment, replenishing stock, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation in all visitor-facing areas.

With exceptional training, you’ll become well-versed in our incredible portfolio of brands, allowing you to confidently engage with visitors, offering advice and insights to enhance their experience. Whether assisting behind the scenes or interacting with guests, you’ll help bring our passion for whiskey and hospitality to life.

About you

Ideally our next Support Assistant will have experience working in a similar role either in retail, bars or hotels.
