Working with a manufacturing and assembly company in the Daytona area that is seeking qualified MIG/Flux-core Welders for 2nd shift!!!
Job Overview:As a Welder/Fabricator, you will play a key role in performing high-quality MIG welding on structural steel components while ensuring strict adherence to safety and craftsmanship standards. You’ll also work from blueprints to assemble and fabricate components in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on structural steel, ensuring high-quality and precise weldsRead, interpret, and follow blueprints and shop drawings to meet project specificationsHandle and lift materials up to 45 pounds regularlyAdhere to strict safety and quality standards on the shop floorMaintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to an efficient, team-driven environmentQualifications:Proven experience with MIG welding, specifically on steelAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work ordersStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work efficiently in a non-climate-controlled environmentDependable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingSchedule:
2nd shift, Monday - Friday , 3:00PM - 11:30PM. Must be open to working late Monday-Thursday as they try and finish up early on Fridays.
Pay:
$17-23 hr. based on weld test and experience.
