**1st shift MIG/Flux Core Welder - Full Benefits!** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. You will spend the majority of your day welding plates to beams and columns on steel that will be used in large structures across the country. You will be welding Flux-core and MIG welds on rails and stairs. **Responsibilities** + Weld plates to beams and columns using Flux-core and MIG welding techniques. + Work on structural steel projects, ensuring high-quality welds. + Read and interpret welding blueprints and weld symbols. + Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience in MIG Welding and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). + Proficiency in reading welding blueprints and weld symbols. + Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. + Experience in welding structural steel or relevant schooling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in fabrication and blueprint reading. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a day shift schedule with comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.
