**Job Title:** Mig/Tig repair welder **Location:** Grand Rapids, MI **Job Type:** Full-time, Temporary to Permanent **Pay Rate:** $17- $18 per hour (Depending on experience) **Job Description:** We are looking to build a pool of talented Mig/Tig Repair Welders for future openings with leading companies in the Grand Rapids area. If you’re reliable, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be the opportunity for you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Weld metal parts together using welding or brazing processes. + Performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding. + Repairs broken or cracked parts, fills holes, and increases size of metal parts. + Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding. + Follows company policies and procedures to ensure compliance to internal requirements and external requirements (Example: IATF 16949) **Requirements:** + Ability to frequently lift up to 45 lbs. + Ability to frequently bend, reach or twist. + Ability to frequently lift, transfer at waist height 30lbs + Ability to stand and/or walk long periods of time. **Shift Availability:** 1st, and 2nd shift available **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
