Job Title: Welder

Job Description

Join our team in the manufacturing of various steel products for commercial and industrial construction projects. Perform MIG welding on structural steel beams with thicknesses ranging from 1-3 inches. Engage in the fabrication of parts, assembly of beams, and operation of overhead cranes and forklifts. Utilize hand tools to grind welds and conduct visual inspections to ensure quality. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics while adhering to safety standards and lifting up to 70 lbs as needed.

Work Environment

You will be working in the production area, which includes a paint area with frequently opening and closing bay doors to the outside. Most of the time, you will be working outside, so dress according to the weather. Steel-toe boots, pants, and long sleeve shirts are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billings, Montana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00
