Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team for the 2nd shift. Our facility specializes in welding and fabrication of steel components, including switchgear sub-bases, electrical enclosure assemblies for data centers, and various fuel tanks used in power generation. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding on mild steel (12g to 1 inch) and be capable of setting up their welder and job, as well as measuring, cutting, bending, and building frames.
ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on mild steel (12g to 1 inch).Set up welder and job independently.Measure, cut, bend, and build frames.Use hand and power tools, tape measure, and other measuring tools.Grind and polish welds.Work on fabrication, fitting, and assembly tasks.Essential Skills5 years of MIG welding experience on mild steel.Proficiency in fabrication, tape measure, MIG welding, flux core welding, structural steel, and fitting.Ability to read blueprints.3 years of experience using a tape measure.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with assembly tasks.Knowledge of using hand and power tools.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is for the 2nd shift, working from 4:30pm to 3am, Monday through Thursday. While Fridays are generally off, there may be occasional work on Fridays. The work environment includes wearing steel-toed shoes, eye, and hearing protection. The facility boasts a spacious and well-lit environment with modern equipment, and the company fosters a laid-back atmosphere. There are about 80 employees, and the company is located in the Iron Works district, connected to a golf simulator and bar.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $60000.00
4-10 schedule - try to not work OT but currently working some OT
Growing company - they build parts for Data centers, which that industry is taking off
In the Iron works district - connected to a golf simulator and bar. Their other facility is Brand new facility with tons of space, great lighting, new machibery and high ceilings.

$1 for 2nd shift
Annual raises: Don't do a lot of annual raises, they would bump people up throughout the year
