**Job Title: MIG Welder** **Job Description** Candidates will be responsible for fabricating and MIG welding metal doors used for manholes, handholes, vaults, culverts, utility boxes, and storm water systems. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and learn how to fabricate and fit. You will report to the Leader and work for an essential business focused on changing the culture and improving the work area/conditions. Pay increases are based on tenure and performance, providing stable and full-time work. **Hard Skills** + Welding + Blueprints + MIG + Fabricate **Work Environment** The facility is industrial, hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but it is well ventilated and fairly clean for a weld/assembly shop. The facility includes a small warehouse/storage area, welding bays, assembly area, shop area, and break room.
