**Job Title: MIG Welder** **Job Description** Must Have's: - MIG welding - Drawings or Blueprints - Steel Responsibilities: - Work from drawings, engineering specifications, sketches, verbal instructions to build a variety of parts, components or complete machines. - Weld components, develop component weld fixtures or build machines. Maintain required quality specifications. - Setting up welding machines - MIG welding on steel - Grinding and finishing welds - Will be working on a variety of projects depending on what is needed Hours for this position: M-F 7am-3:30pm (flexible hours, can start earlier - 7am latest to come in because of project-based work) OT – if the candidate wants overtime there is unlimited overtime at times Flex on projects – some employees working 11’s **Hard Skills** + MIG welding + Reading drawings or blueprints + Steel fabrication + Metalworking **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Ability to follow instructions + Strong work ethic + Team-oriented **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. **Work Environment** Our client is a custom fabrication and design company, supporting a number of local manufacturers. The company was founded by engineers and maintains a family-type atmosphere. They focus on training employees to become skilled welders and mechanics. The setting is an industrial manufacturing environment that is clean for a fabrication shop. The company emphasizes safety and effective work processes.
