Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 to $23.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)Perform MIG welding to assemble and fabricate tables and chairs with precision and accuracy.Inspect and ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and safety gear.MIG Welder Qualifications:
English proficiency required.Weld test required prior to employment.Previous experience in MIG welding, preferably in furniture or metal fabrication.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and welding symbols.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Familiarity with welding safety protocols and equipment maintenance.No formal education required; training available for candidates with basic welding skills.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
