**Welders wanted! Hiring on all shifts for entry level and skilled welders! Paying $23-$37/hr.** **Job Description** Candidates will be MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel to produce exhaust systems for power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction, and off-road markets. Tack welding will also be part of their duties, along with assembling the exhausts. This will be rare as the majority of the work will be a mix of custom and production style MIG welding. Candidates need to know how to read blueprints and weld symbols. Being able to do a variety of tasks throughout the shop is key to learning and growing within the company. Candidates may also be asked to assist with fabrication work such as running a brake press, shear, roller, etc., which they need to be okay with here and there. Not every exhaust is built the same, which is why it is very important to understand how to read blueprints. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel to produce exhaust systems. + Tack weld and assemble exhausts. + Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols. + Assist with fabrication tasks such as operating a brake press, shear, and roller. + Perform a variety of tasks throughout the shop to aid in learning and growth. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols. + Experience with metal fabrication and welding techniques. + Knowledge of operating tools such as brake press, shear, and roller. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with plasma cutting. + Familiarity with TIG welding. + Ability to use a tape measure and other measurement tools. **Why Work Here?** Join a new company with significant opportunities for growth.
