**Job Title: MIG Welder** **Job Description** Currently seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing job shop. The ideal candidate will have experience welding on carbon steel and the ability to read blueprints. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on carbon steel components. + Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. + Ensure all welds meet industry and company standards. + Maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition. + Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding on carbon steel. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. + Experience with flux core and stainless steel welding. + Trade school degree or equivalent industry experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in fitting and assembling components. + Strong attention to detail and quality control. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values hard work and craftsmanship.
