MIG Welder
**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MIG Welder to join our team in the fabrication and assembly of custom vibratory brackets and tables. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cold-rolled flat plate and structural steel to fabricate both standard and custom parts. In this role, you will be integral to the production process, ensuring high-quality welds, precise measurements, and efficient assembly. **Key Responsibilities:** + **MIG Welding:** Perform MIG welding on cold-rolled flat plate and structural steel to create both standard and custom vibratory brackets. Ensure all welds are strong, clean, and meet company standards for quality and durability. + **Fabrication of Custom Components:** Assist in the fabrication of custom vibratory brackets and tables, following detailed blueprints or engineering drawings. Ability to adapt to design modifications and work with various materials and thicknesses. + **Assembly:** Support the assembly process of custom vibratory tables, ensuring components are accurately aligned and welded to meet the specifications of the project. + **Blueprint Interpretation:** Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine material needs, welding techniques, and assembly steps. + **Quality Control:** Inspect and measure work pieces to ensure they meet precise specifications. Perform quality checks on finished parts and assemblies to ensure they meet required standards and tolerances. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members, including fabricators, engineers, and assembly personnel, to complete projects in a timely manner and ensure smooth production flow. + **Safety:** Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working in the shop. Ensure all equipment is used properly and that safety measures are in place to prevent accidents and injuries. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience as a MIG welder, particularly with cold-rolled flat plate and structural steel. + Ability to work with various types of steel, including custom and specialty materials. + Strong understanding of welding techniques, blueprint reading, and fabrication processes. + Familiarity with vibratory equipment and custom assembly projects is a plus. + Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality work. + Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a collaborative mindset. **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $28.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
