**Job Title: MIG Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and MIG welding metal doors used for manholes, handholes, vaults, culverts, utility boxes, and storm water systems. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate and MIG weld metal doors for various utility and storm water systems. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding and fabrication. + Perform TIG welding on stainless steel as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. **Essential Skills** + 2-3+ years of welding experience + Competence in MIG welding + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Experience with TIG welding on stainless steel is a plus **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with fabrication + Detail-oriented and able to work independently **Why Work Here?** This is a stable and full-time position with opportunities for advancement and pay increases based on tenure and performance. The facility is industrial, with temperatures varying from hot in the summer to cold in the winter, but it is well ventilated and fairly clean.
