**HIRING MIG WELDERS - URGENT, FAST STARTS!!!** **Pay Rate-$25/HR TO $30/HR** **People who have been working here for 20+ years have made $600,000+ in retirement just from their ESOP program alone.** **Job Description/Work Environment** : + Employee will be MIG welding various types of steel and alloys for playground equipment. + Galvanized steel (90% of what they do) stainless steel ,aluminum, and black steel are some of the materials, along with alloys. (Great Ventilation) + These materials are thinner gauges up to 1/8" thick, so materials are more sensitive. + Need to be able to handle the physicality and lift 50 pounds repeatedly. + Very clean production environment.
