**Job Title: MIG Welder** **$22-$26/HR** **Job Description** As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for wire feed MIG welding shorter run projects for the farming industry. The products you will work on range from 12 gauge to 1/2" thick and include mostly mild steel, some galvanized steel, and occasionally stainless steel. Your duties will include welding for part of the time and building and assembling the products for the remainder. **Responsibilities** + Perform wire feed MIG welding on mild steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel. + Work on shorter run projects for the farming industry. + Handle products ranging from 12 gauge to 1/2" thick. + Split time between welding and building/assembling products. + Work independently to take projects from start to finish. + Ensure attendance and readiness to work overtime when required. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to work independently. + Willingness to assemble own projects. + Strong commitment to attendance. + Readiness to work mandatory overtime. **Why Work Here?** Employees benefit from a Gain Share Program offering quarterly bonuses ranging from $500 to $2,000, translating to an additional $1 to $4 per hour throughout the year.
