Job Description
We are looking for skilled MIG Welders to work on structural steel, aluminum, and stainless materials ranging from 7 to 20 gauge thickness. The ideal candidate will be adept at reading blueprints and tape measures, and experienced in fitting and fabricating products using hand and power tools. This position involves lifting materials occasionally and utilizing JIBB cranes for material movement. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to receive AWSD 1.2 weld certification (6G Weld Aluminum).
ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on structural steel, aluminum, and stainless materials (7 to 20 gauge thickness).Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures.Use hand and power tools to fit and fabricate products.Lift and adjust materials (50-75 lbs.) for welding as needed.Utilize JIBB cranes for moving materials.Undergo AWSD 1.2 weld certification (6G Weld Aluminum).Essential Skills2+ years of MIG (GMAW) welding experience on aluminum, stainless, and structural steel.Proficiency in reading blueprints.Ability to read tape measures accurately.Experience with hand and power tools for fabrication.Competence in setting up welders and adjusting machine settings.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The available shifts are 1st (6:00am-2:30pm), 2nd (2:00pm-10:00pm), and 3rd (10:00pm-6:00am). You will be working around 50 hours per week, with potential for early or late hours and optional half shifts on Saturdays.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00
