**Job Title: MIG Welder** **Job Description** Our client in New Castle has immediate openings in their welding department for entry-level MIG welders. As 95% of the welding in the facility is performed by robots, the primary responsibility will be repair welding. This role involves working with carbon steel, utilizing wire-fed equipment. This position offers significant growth potential in a production-based environment. Uniforms are provided once employees are direct hires. **Work Environment** The facility employs 597 individuals across three shifts, currently operating two shifts from 5:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Saturday, with additional work on most Sundays. The welding department features robotic welders and has over 15 production lines. Employees must be flexible to work weekends and up to 60 hours per week. The dress code includes provided shirts, t-shirts, jeans (without rips or tears), and closed-toe shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Castle, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
