Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The primary focus of this role involves welding per blueprint specifications, including determining proper welds, callouts, and positions to complete the job. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading detailed welding blueprints and completing tasks in a timely manner. The welding work primarily involves MIG welding on Mild Steel and Stainless Steel, ranging from 7 gauge to 1/4''. Additionally, the role involves material cutting, organizing, and staging, as well as fabricating, operating machines, grinding, cutting insulation, and finishing parts.
ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on Mild Steel and Stainless Steel (7 gauge - 1/4'').Read and interpret detailed welding blueprints.Determine proper welds, callouts, and positions to complete tasks.Assist with cutting, organizing, and staging materials for other employees.Operate machines, grind, cut insulation, and finish parts.Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.Essential SkillsProficiency in MIG welding.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Strong shop math skills.Work Environment
