**Welder/Fabricator - Becker, MN** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator with experience in MIG/Pulse welding on carbon steel. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of structural projects, with occasional production tasks. You will have the opportunity to work on unique one-off parts and contribute to different stages of the fabrication process. **Responsibilities** + Perform pulse welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. + Handle parts weighing over 50-100 pounds, mostly structural. + Execute production tasks, approximately 10% of the time. + Run multiple welding passes as required. + Perform welding in various positions including vertical, horizontal, and angle. + Utilize overhead cranes for lifting and positioning parts. + Occasionally perform pipe/tube welding. + Operate Miller and Lincoln welders. + Grind and conduct fabrication tasks such as running a shear. + Adapt to various roles and tasks as needed, depending on the day's requirements. **Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with structural steel, MIG welding, and fabrication. + Skill in blueprint reading and interpretation. + Familiarity with flux core, stainless steel, and TIG welding. + Ability to grind and perform additional fabrication tasks as needed. **Why Work Here?** Join a large, locally owned shop that offers great individual benefits and hosts multiple events throughout the year.
