**Job Description** We are seeking a skilled welder to perform MIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum for internal car wash components. This role involves short-run production welding, where you will work on orders of varying sizes and then move on to new projects. You will be responsible for flat welding steel and aluminum together, with materials ranging from 3/8" to 1/2" and 1/8" to 1/2". The role also includes cutting future materials on a band saw during downtime. This is a day shift position from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime. **Responsibilities** + Maintain company work standards + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics + Take pride in the quality of your work and servicing customers + Work closely with other team members to accurately fulfill customer orders on time + Maintain a clean and organized work environment + Perform inventory cycle counts and provide other area support as needed + Continuously identify, measure, follow, and improve area processes + Housekeeping as it applies to job or work area + Other duties as assigned **Essential Skills** + 3 years of MIG welding on steel and aluminum + Experience with 1/8" to 1/2" material welding + Blueprint reading + Fitting experience + Experience converting decimals to fractions + Experience using a flat disk and chipper tools to grind down welds **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
