Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding (flux core) on mild steel, finishing and grinding your own welds, and assisting in general fabrication departments when welding tasks are slower. You will also have opportunities to work on TIG projects and learn new skills.

Work Environment
The work environment consists of a 35,000 square feet warehouse with multiple buildings, including a metal fabrication shop, machine shop, and office space. The shop has a laid-back atmosphere where music is allowed, and many employees smoke cigarettes. You may need to move between buildings, and the environment supports a hands-on, blue-collar culture.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LORETTO, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
