MIG Welder

**Description**
This person will be fabricating and welding commericial stairs and railings for construction. They will be responsible for cutting their own stock, laying out their welds, welding, grinding, and painting (they use a liquid sprayer). They will be working with structural steel and doing wirefeed and fluxcore MIG. They need to be open to helping out where needed, including unloading/loading trucks outside. All stock is stored outside so they need to be willing to go out in the elements to get stock, as needed.
This is a small 3 person shop so working within the team and helping where they need to help is very important.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
