**Job Title: MIG Welder** **Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM** **Pay Rate: $17-$22/hour** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. You will be responsible for MIG welding on galvanized steel products, with potential for TIG welding if experienced. Flexibility is key, as you may also be required to insulate ducts if the workflow slows down. You will work with .035 wire and either 12 or 18 gauge, primarily performing vertical welds, but possibly some flat and horizontal welds as well. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on galvanized steel products + Conduct TIG welding if experienced + Insulate ducts when required + Work with .035 wire and either 12 or 18 gauge materials + Perform vertical, flat, and horizontal welds + Read and interpret blueprints + Weld from knees for larger units + Assist with various shop tasks including tacking, insulation, and machine operation **We offer opportunities for raises once you become a permanent employee.
