Tack welding and assembling exhausts will also be part of the duties, although the majority of the work will involve a mix of custom and production style MIG welding. Candidates must read blueprints and weld symbols. Being able to perform a variety of tasks throughout the shop is key to learning and growing within the company. Candidates may also assist with fabrication work, such as running a brake press, shear, roller, etc., as needed.
