As a Migration and IAS Governance - Project Management - Team Leader in the Migrations and IAS Governance team, you will support the project management of process migrations. Your key focus will be to co-ordinate and facilitate the movement of service ownership from one JPMorgan Legal Entity to another globally. You will take responsibility and accountability for delivering all elements of a series of projects - associated with process transition and meeting the audit needs. Depending on project scale and complexity, you may lead several projects simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive change management related to Migrations process. Contribute to process improvement and control initiatives. Collaborate with Migration approvers/ Risk leads for end-to-end governance. Perform analysis to assess the timelines. Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns & predictions using relevant data Drive governance arounds scorecards, recertification of Inter Affiliate Services (IAS) charters Manage Quality Assurance of IAS charters including accuracy of scorecards Ensuring audit readiness of the process from IAS and migrations standpointRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:
BTech / CA / CWA / MBA with 3 years / Graduate or Post-Graduate with 4 years’ experience in Project Management and Data Analytics Candidates will have a mix of technical, analytical & soft skills with experience on data manipulation & visualization using data analytics tools, e.g. Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Tableau, SQL , Power BI Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to summarize findings into concise, high-level points geared towards the audience and visually depict key data and findings. Experienced in consulting with project stakeholders, including the skills to facilitate compromises and resolve conflicting requirements. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, a client service philosophy, and the ability to build and foster internal relationships. Must be able to get to grips with and manage scope (requirements definition, workshop management & facilitation etc.) Must have demonstrable stakeholder engagement experience including organizing and managing disparate cross-functional / work stream teams. Must be able to handle high level of pressure associated with complex project and programmes in demanding customer environment. Flexibility to work global hours and ability to upskill to latest technologies being used. Experience on driving governance/audit readiness.Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Familiarity with a coding language would be an added advantage, e.g., Java, C++
