Responsibilities:

Facilitate or co-facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic activity groups effectively. Encourage and assist patients in performing activities of daily living. Accompany patients to out-of-building activities and appointments. Document in the medical record according to established policies. Manage crisis situations effectively using positive approaches. Demonstrate effective milieu management to promote positive patient experiences. Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. Provide clinical interventions based on individual client needs. Coordinate patient groups and activities while participating in interdisciplinary meetings. Maintain ongoing communication with appropriate staff to ensure continuity of care. Perform assigned work in a timely and productive manner. Complete 1:1 meetings with assigned patients to assess progress. Conduct patient observations as ordered, adhering to all guidelines
