The Military Veteran Development Program focuses on delivering an exceptional experience to participants during a 2-year rotation engaging with several segments of the bank. Each part of the rotation will be about 6 months and will provide the colleague the chance to learn about different functions, actively contribute to key deliverables and gain a more well-rounded background.
The focus of this program is to provide the opportunity to successfully complete one or more of the following responsibilities:
• Participate in projects of a significant nature with exposure to leadership
• Provide specialized support to other team members for assigned business processes and/or system(s) that are typically more complex with a large impact to the company
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of business processes and applications
• Have awareness about technical enhancements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned application(s)
• Analyze existing processes and systems and identifies technical or procedural improvements
• Recommend business practices to optimize use of business process/system(s)
• Develop operational procedures for products, services and systems
• Design framework around processes to meet regulatory requirements
• Create and run special and ad hoc reports
• Serve as liaison between vendors, business process system users, and other corporate areas
This is a hybrid role you must be located near 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience in an operations, analyst or leadership role that has included process management and analytics High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Servicemembers' Civil Relief Act (SCRA)Veteran who is transitioning to a civilian career.
