The GE Aerospace U. S. Military Officer Leadership Program is a unique opportunity for top Military Officer talent looking to jump start their careers in the industry. Qualified candidates are those who excelled in their military careers and are looking for their next opportunity. Those accepted will be placed in a 2 year rotational program within one of the below business units.

Essential Responsibilities :

Candidates would be hired to support one of the below business units: 

Commercial Engines / ServicesSupply ChainDigital Technology (DT)Defense and Systems

Qualifications/Requirements :

Commissioned U.S. Military Officer with a minimum 4 years of service completed by start date, up to a maximum 12 years, with an Honorable Discharge upon completion of Military obligations.Bachelor’s degree from accredited UniversityMinimum of 4 years of active duty status in the last 5 years of serviceMaximum of 2 years of separation from active duty; exceptions available for extenuating circumstances (Active Reserve Duty, Graduate Degree Pursuit)

Desired Characteristics :

Masters Degree from an accredited college or university6 to 12 years of active duty Proven record of success throughout military careerStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly; eager to learn the business and master new rolesStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to be accountable for actionsAbility to solve problems, delegate, and achieve difficult goalsCompletion of an advanced military training course (I.E. Flight School, Special Forces, Nuclear Power School, etc.)
