**Aerotek is hiring two skilled CNC Mill Machinists in Springboro, OH** **Job Description** Candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mill machines. Responsibilities include grinding and deburring parts as needed, and using micrometers and calipers to ensure product quality. Candidates will work with titanium, aluminum, bronze, copper, and steel alloys. **Shift & Pay:** + 2nd shift 3:00PM to 11:30PM + Monday-Friday + $28-32/hr + Plus a $2 shift premium **Must Have Skills:** + Previous experience operating CNC Mill + Ability to set up machines + Ability to set tooling + Ability to use precision micrometers and calipers + Blueprint reading + Ability to perform minor maintenance on machines (fill/check coolant and oil, change filters, etc.) **Nice to Have Skills:** + GD&T + CAD Programming + Twin Spindles + Cutting jaws **Job Responsibilities:** + Candidates will be setting up and operating DMG Mori Seiki machines and Smart CNC Machines that run off Funuc and Mitsubishi controls + Operating multiple machines at once (usually 3) + Run times can vary from 5 minutes to 40 hours + Candidates will be responsible for deburring their own parts as needed + Holding tolerances of +/- 0.5 + Making slight adjustments to G&M codes + Use micrometers and calipers to ensure product quality + Candidates will be working with titanium, aluminum, bronze, copper, and steel alloys **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
