Mill Manager

Weyerhaeuser is searching for a Mill Manager to lead our lumber manufacturing facility in Dodson, LA. As Mill Manager, your goals will include ensuring that business objectives are met for the site, fostering an engaged, people-focused culture, controlling product cost and inventory, and developing future leaders.

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position reporting to the region Lumber Manufacturing Director.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, technical (engineering or other) or forestry/wood products disciplineWorking knowledge of Lean, Innovation and continuous improvement tools and processesManufacturing experience in Wood ProductsManufacturing experience in lumber strongly preferred

Our Investment in You: What We Offer

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $135,000 to $203,00 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. Long-Term- Incentive plan target $32,000 annually

Paid Time Off or Vacation:We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
