The Mill Manager position will lead the Edson OSB facility located in Edson, AB. As part of Weyerhaeuser Wood Products, this role reports to the VP of Panels. The Mill Manager is responsible for safety, the reliable manufacturing and on-time and in-full delivery of products to customers and ensures that business objectives are met for the site. Other responsibilities include fostering an innovative and engaged culture, leading in a high-performance work system, controlling product cost and inventory, and developing future leaders. This is a union facility with approximately 145 employees.

You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.This position is also eligible to receive $29,200 in restrictive stock units on an annual basis, as part of our Long Term Incentive Plan.
