**Job Title: Mill Operator** **Job Description** Responsible for performing various tasks related to the operation of our SWP or spiral weld steel pipe mill machine. **Hard Skills** + tape measure + hand tools + torches **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Saint Charles, Missouri. **Work Environment** Non-climate controlled, DIRTY. If there is down time, it's all hands on deck and could involve sweeping and picking up. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and explosives. The noise level in the work environment is usually high and appropriate ear protection is required. Additionally, this role may be exposed to workplace hazards such as fall hazards, traversing pinch points, working with flammable materials, sparks, and steel debris. Working around or near suspended loads involves the potential for a high risk of serious injury.
