Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mill Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will operate milling machines (Horizontal or Vertical, 3 or 5 axis) to produce parts and components according to technical drawings and specifications. This role is available for both first and second shifts.
ResponsibilitiesOperate milling machines to produce parts and components as per technical drawings and specifications.Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency.Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.Essential SkillsMinimum of 1 year of experience operating milling machines.Experience with machine setup and calibration.Ability to inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CNC milling, blueprints, and machine operation.Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools.Knowledge of ITAR regulations.Ability to pass a 4-panel oral toxicity test.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing machine shop. The first shift starts at either 5am or 6am with flexibility for overtime after the shift. The second shift starts at 2:30pm with the possibility of working additional hours before the shift. The dress code is appropriate for a machine shop environment, emphasizing safety and comfort.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00
