**Job Title: Mill Operator** **Job Description** Contractors will set up and operate Okuma CNC Mills. Candidates must have their own tools such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc. Must also be able to read blueprints. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate Okuma CNC Mills. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Utilize tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers. + Ensure precision and accuracy in machining tasks. + Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of CNC Operation + 1+ years of experience with calipers, micrometers, and gauges + Proficiency in reading blueprints + Ability to lift 50+ lbs **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine operation and machining + Knowledge of hand tools **Why Work Here?** The company has a strong legacy of over 80 years and promotes from within. The team consists of 100 employees. The work shift is from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. The dress code includes jeans, long or short sleeve shirts, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, Nebraska. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
