Description:

We specialize in engineering, fabrication and installation of custom cabinets and architectural millwork for the commercial market. We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong past experience in construction estimating and project management. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in determining project costs and ensuring accurate pricing for construction projects.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors

- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process

- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with pricing agreements

- Strong understanding of construction estimating principles

- Proficiency in software for estimating purposes

- Knowledge of project management techniques

- Ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers
