Job Title: Millwork Operation Estimator
Job Description

The Millwork Operation Estimator utilizes experience and knowledge of the casework and architectural millwork industry to effectively takeoff and estimate profitable projects. The estimator works together with the Self Perform Manager and Estimating Administrator to maintain and manage all bid schedules, estimate development, estimate takeoff management, subcontractor/supplier management, customer relations regarding estimating, proper estimate handoff, and thorough adherence to estimating department process and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude with the ability to communicate effectively, strong computer skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects, consistently meet deliverable dates and prioritize while maintaining effective organization.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office, manufacturing, and construction environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
