Millwork Sales Representative

Quanex is looking for a Sales Rep to join our team to help expand our millwork business.  Can be flexible on office location!

 

As a Sales Rep, you’ll be joining a team that is responsible for achieving maximum sales volume potential consistent with sales plans and profitability objectives for our millwork products.

What Success Looks Like:

Represent Quanex in the aggressive selling of millwork products. Generate leads and build and maintain strong customer relationships. Establish short- and long-term sales plans that will achieve divisional profitability and sales goals. Understand and effectively communicate customer quality expectations. Establish realistic sales forecasts for assigned products and customers. Collaborate with peers to prepare pricing and programs for customers in a timely manner. Investigate, evaluate, and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns. Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results. Excellent communication skills & ability to build positive relationships with customers, prospects, and internal colleagues. Experience working in / supporting a manufacturing organization. Ability to travel up to 50%.

 

What You Bring:

7+ years of progressive millwork sales experience Industrial/manufacturing sales experience within the wood products industry preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field Strong communication, self-motivated, collaborative, and results orientated

 

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 based on experience plus incentive potential
