**Millwright** **Paying $31.44 / HR - $32.92 / HR** **Direct Placement role - No contract needed** **Responsibilities:** + Maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment for a shingle mill. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Follow preventative maintenance routines. + Perform welding and fabrication tasks. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. **Work Environment and Shifts:** + Industrial manufacturing setting, somewhat dirty and dusty due to the nature of the product (shingles). + Heavy industrial machinery; can be loud in certain areas. + Safety gear required: steel-toed boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and earplugs. + **Day Shift:** 6am-6pm, 3 on/4 off/4 on/3 off - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and alternating Wednesdays. + **Night Shift:** 6pm-6am, 3 on/4 off/4 on/3 off - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and alternating Wednesdays. + Must be open to both shifts to be considered. **Employee Value Proposition:** + Direct placement with an excellent benefits package. + 12-hour shifts with overtime after 10 hours in a day and after 40 hours in a week, providing ample built-in overtime. + Work only 3 or 4 days a week to achieve full-time hours. + Qualified candidates can interview within 24 hours and potentially start the following week.
