Position Overview We are currently seeking a Industrial Maintenance Millwright to join our team at our Springfield Assembly Plant. These are represented positions with excellent benefits including dental, medical and a generous 401k. Must be able to work any shift. Starting hourly rate of $35.02/hour, plus 6% shift differential (2nd or 3rd shift), paid overtime and excellent benefits that start day 1. Responsibilities The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. Ensuring machines work properly Repairing and replacing defective machine parts Assemble and install new machinery Maintaining properly the equipment and machinery by identifying and repairing problematic parts and by finding solutions adequately Following approved safety regulations at all times Minimum Requirements At least 8 years of millwright experience OR A UAW Journeyman Millwright Card Additional Requirements Experience with Industrial Maintenance, Conveyors, Carrier and GK Shaker conveyors, Oil Analysis, Hoists, Cranes, Predictive, Preventative Maintenance, Root-Cause Analysis, Fabrication and Design preferred Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
